Question 1

What is a trip sheet app?

Accepted Answer

An online program where you register the company's vehicles and trips, and the system prepares the monthly trip sheets with kilometres, routes, purpose, standard consumption and fuel entries, exported to PDF for accounting and tax inspections.

Question 2

Does the app generate trip sheets automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the start and end mileage of the month and your usual routes, the generator spreads the trips over working days, skips public holidays, calculates standard consumption and links fuel entries. Any trip can be edited.

Question 3

Do I have to install a program?

Accepted Answer

No. The app runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or PC and can be added to the home screen. Data is hosted in the European Union with daily backups.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The first 7 days are free with every feature and no credit card. Then a monthly or annual subscription applies depending on the number of vehicles, with a discount on annual payment.
