Question 1

Which is the best trip sheet app in Romania?

Accepted Answer

On publicly verified criteria, FoiParcursAuto.ro is the only app with every feature confirmed: automatic generation, receipt scanning, expense reports, electric vehicles and machinery, document alerts, GPS and three languages, at 79.24 RON per year excl. VAT for one car (95.88 RON incl. VAT). Alternatives make sense in specific cases: FoaieLive or Drumio for GPS from the phone, Foi Parcurs Online for a few free sheets.

Question 2

Are there free trip sheet apps?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with limits: Foi Parcurs Online offers 10 free trip sheets, then a subscription. FoiParcursAuto.ro offers 7 days with every feature and no card, plus 30 free days for every referred partner.

Question 3

Are automatically generated trip sheets legal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Romanian law does not impose a standard form, only the content. An automatically generated sheet that reflects real trips with correct kilometres and consumption is a valid supporting document for deducting 100% of fuel expenses.
